Today, there are 2,000 children on the national transplant waiting list – 150 of which are wish kids. This week, we are celebrating National Pediatric Transplant Week by raising awareness of transplant patients like Tyren, who received a heart transplant when he was just 2.5 years old, saving his life and qualifying him for a wish. To refer more children like Tyren for a wish, visit http://wish.org/refer-a-child#sm.0000ps8b0jmffe60t9p26axieny6x and to learn more about saving lives through organ donation, visit donatelife.net. #KidsTransplantWeek
